It helps you face the first challenges of starting a healthier lifestyle.

It supports you in making small but meaningful changes over time.

We will work together to set goals that reflect where you are in your journey.

This was my first coaching experience outside of athletics and I found it to be highly instrumental in my personal growth and achievement of goals, especially since trying other methods was not previously successful! Tommy was well-educated, and empathetic, and was always able to help me find a realistic solution despite barriers that were presented. He was very supportive of my work with a personal trainer while also offering his insights and "things to think about" - which is typically what I went with!
